Registration Fees
This conference offers the chance for all professionals working in COPD to network, share ideas, and learn about advancements in the field. Spaces are limited so register early to secure your place!
Registration fees including:
- Participation in 1,5 days Conference at Nottingham Trent University, including lunch and refreshment breaks.
- Dinner on the first day of the Conference (only for attendees that have confirmed previously).
- 2 night’s accommodation in a nearby hotel, walking distance from NTU, in single room including breakfast.
Cancellation terms after Registration (applicable only to individual registrations):
- A fee of 20 GBP will be charged in case of No Show (a credit card will be requested as a guarantee when making the registration)
Declaration of Sponsorship
This event is sponsored by pharmaceutical and healthcare companies who have contributed funding towards the event in return for exhibition space and/or sponsored speaker sessions. Sponsorship funds have been used directly to support the delivery of the event including venue fees and daytime catering. No sponsorship funds have been used to support the evening dinner, nor the poster awards ceremony.
Sponsors have had no editorial input into or control over the agenda, content development or choice of neither speakers nor opportunity to influence except for the sponsored symposia presentations. A full list of conference exhibitors can be found in the SPONSORS tab of this web site.

Registration Fees
- Early Bird Registration will be free for a limited number of attendees (suggest to book soonest to take advantage of this offer)
- After that, Registration fee will be 75 GBP
- Accommodation is not included
Registration fees including:

- Standing reception/Dinner on the first day of the Conference.
Cancellation terms after Registration (applicable to individual registrations):
- 100% Refundable: prior to 1st April 2026
- 50% Refundable: prior to 30th April 2026
- Non-refundable after 30th April 2026
- 75 GBP charge will apply in case of No Show
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation is not included in the registration package and needs to be booked separately by delegates.
A limited number of rooms are available at a special rate on a first come first serve basis.
