Declaration of Sponsorship
This event is sponsored by pharmaceutical and healthcare companies who have contributed funding towards the event in return for exhibition space and/or sponsored speaker sessions. Sponsorship funds have been used directly to support the delivery of the event including venue fees and daytime catering. No sponsorship funds have been used to support the evening dinner, nor the poster awards ceremony.
Sponsors have had no editorial input into or control over the agenda, content development or choice of neither speakers nor opportunity to influence except for the sponsored symposia presentations.
Registration Fees

- Registration is 75 GBP
- Accommodation is not included
Free Registration has been extended until end of availability
Registration including:
- Participation in 1,5 days Conference at Spaces at The Spine, including lunch and refreshment breaks.
- Standing reception/Dinner on the first day of the Conference.

Cancellation terms after Registration (applicable to individual registrations):
- If you cannot attend, please let us know by e-mail.
- Only in case of No Show 75 GBP charge will apply (a credit card is requested during Registration process as guarantee)
Hotel Accommodation
Hotel Accommodation is not included in the registration package and needs to be booked separately by delegates. From May 1st, hotel will accept reservations based on their availability.
